1. Bookings

• You can reserve your seat by paying an advance of Rs. 50,000.
• Full payment must be completed 1 month before the tour date.
• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

2. Tour Prices

• Prices are as listed on our website or package brochures.
• The package price includes transportation, accommodation, meals, medical support, and tour guidance.
• No additional charges apply in India or Thailand beyond the package price.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel before visa and flight booking – full refund.
• Cancel after visa, before flight booking – visa fee will be deducted.
• Cancel after visa and ticket issuance – visa fee + ticket cost will be deducted.

4. Tour Details

• All tours are conducted with AC buses and include accommodation with hot water facilities.
• Meals provided are Sri Lankan cuisine with 4 dishes daily.
• Bottled drinking water is available unlimited.
• Medical facilities are available during the tour.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for providing valid passports, visa documents, and any other necessary travel papers.
• MAHEE LANKA TOURS is not responsible for visa denials or delays caused by authorities.

6. Conduct During Tours

• Travelers must follow tour guides’ instructions for safety and smooth operation.
• MAHEE LANKA TOURS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting the tour or violating laws.

7. Liability

• MAHEE LANKA TOURS is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
• Travel insurance is recommended for all participants.
