1. Cancellation Before Visa & Flight Booking

If you cancel your booking before we apply for your visa and flight tickets, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.

2. Cancellation After Visa, Before Flight Booking

If you cancel your booking after your visa has been issued but before flight tickets are booked, the visa fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Cancellation After Visa & Ticket Booking

If you cancel after your visa and flight tickets have been issued, the visa fee and ticket cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. No Other Charges

The package price includes transportation, accommodation, meals, bottled water, and tour guidance. No additional charges will be applied in India or Thailand beyond the package price.
